With a priority being quality commitment, MICEL are concerned about the environment, safety and security.

The environment
-There is a system in place for analysing and separating waste, in order for it to be disposed of correctly.
-MICEL sticks by the regulations set out by the declaration of the ICPE (Classified Installation for Environmental Protection).

Internal safety and security
Numerous actions have been taken in the workplace to ensure safety :
-The creation of the 'Internal Safety Committee'
-Safety training in place : fire, first aid, actions, and attitudes...
-The improvement of individual protection, for example by the creation sound-proof zones.
